Ling Ling is a social and cultural psychologist, seasoned learning and development professional, and a former electronics engineer. Originally from Malaysia, she has lived in 8 countries and currently resides in Portugal.

Since 2005, she has designed, developed and facilitated various corporate programmes across four continents for technology, travel and humanitarian organisations. Since 2017, Ling Ling has facilitated Cultural Intelligence workshops in Singapore and Malaysia, as well as virtually for audiences around the world.

Ling Ling comes alive when discovering diverse perspectives and illuminating insights within others. She cares deeply about connecting people from diverse backgrounds, exploring the richness of life, and creating compassionate societies.

Ling Ling is a member of the International Council of Psychologists (ICP), the British Psychology Society (BPS) and the International Association for Cross-Cultural Psychology (IACCP). In her spare time, she regularly practices Vipassana meditation and Ashtanga yoga.
