Ritika Wadhwa

Ritika Wadhwa is the Chief Operating Officer for our UK subsidiary. She is responsible for leading the Cultural Intelligence Centre’s work in the UK and beyond. Ritika brings over two decades of extensive experience in client retention, marketing, business development, and project management. Experience she has gained by working with senior stakeholders across continents, the corporate and Government sector.

Born and brought up in India, Ritika has the unique experience of living, studying, and working in senior roles in several multicultural countries. She is passionate about Cultural Intelligence and is a Diversity & Inclusion champion. Ritika has a degree in Economics and an MBA. She is fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, English, and spoken Greek.


David Livermore

Founding Partner

David Livermore, PhD co-founded the Cultural Intelligence Center with Linn Van Dyne and served as the President for the first eleven years. He continues to serve as a strategic advisor and board member. Dave has written over a dozen books on cultural intelligence and global leadership and has worked with companies, governments, and non-profits in more than 100 countries. He speaks at several international conferences annually. Dave and his wife have two adult daughters. They love traveling together (fortunately!) and sampling the local delicacies, wherever they go. Monica Sanz

Senior Communication Manager and DEI Advisor

Monica Sanz is Senior Communication Manager for KPMG ME Management Consultancy practice and leads the people’s programme under The Impact Strategy, handling Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Monica moved from Switzerland where she has worked as a Communication Consultant and Sponsorship Manager for the Zurich Film Festival IAFFZ. She has international experience in Media, Communication and Intercultural Relations in business and protocol, and previously worked as Communication Advisor To Al Jazirah NP KSA.

Her mission and passion is to connect with people from all cultures and drive DEI in her personal and professional life. She speaks multiple languages and has always worked within multicultural teams and environments, building DEI strategies and initiatives to ensure that all employees bring their true self to work, and that people are evaluated by capabilities and abilities.

 


Neelu Agarwal

First DEI Lead

Prudential Regulation Authority

Neelu currently leads the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda for the Prudential Regulation Authority at the Bank of England, along-with being a Board member at Second Step.

She brings 14 years of dynamic experience across the Bank of England and Standard and Poor’s Global across India and UK. She has led cutting edge regulatory projects on Fintech, banking licensing and has played a key role in multiple high profile transformation projects at the Bank. She is an experienced corporate rating analyst as well across a range of sectors.

She was the founder of the Indian Culture Social Club at the Bank and has co-chaired the Women in the Bank – enabling pillar. With a passion to bridge societal inequities, Neelu is keen to support the ‘social’ goals under the world vision for Sustainability.
