Group Report: A report summarizing the aggregate CQ Assessment or Cultural Values Profile results of participants. There is a 10-person minimum to pull the report. The purchase of this package will provide you with access to one group report for your selected program.
Team Profile Report: The Team Profile provides an overview of your team’s CQ scores, as well as maps your team’s preferences across 10 cultural values in one, easy-to-read report. This tool provides your team with an ongoing reference to aid in collaboration and teamwork. (Minimum of 10 participants needed)
CQ Ministry Kit & Videos: The CQ Ministry Kit makes the cultural intelligence research available to those serving in various ministry contexts. The CQ Ministry Kit will help you integrate cultural intelligence (CQ) into your ministry. Whether it’s to increase CQ among your team members, to improve how to work with others on your multicultural team, or prepare for short-term missions, this kit will give you the resources you need to be better equipped to minister effectively across cultures.
Debrief Guide & PowerPoint Slides: A facilitator guide designed to help administrators walk participants through their personal feedback report. PowerPoint slides are designed to accompany the guide so facilitators can present a debriefing session with a full group.
Cultural Values Reflection Exercise: An exercise designed to help your team discuss similarities and differences in the group thus providing an opportunity to enhance team performance.
