The CQ Assessment measures an individual’s current multicultural capabilities and their personal feedback report provides them the opportunity to develop and improve those skills. Use this tool to assess individuals twice then compare their capabilities to see how skills have changed.

Group Report: A report summarizing the aggregate CQ Assessment or Cultural Values Profile results of participants. Use the Post (comparison) report to learn how your group has changed over time. There is a 10-person minimum to pull these report. The purchase of this package will provide you with access to one pre and one post-group report for your selected program.
CQ Ministry Kit & Videos: The CQ Ministry Kit makes the cultural intelligence research available to those serving in various ministry contexts. The CQ Ministry Kit will help you integrate cultural intelligence (CQ) into your ministry. Whether it’s to increase CQ among your team members, to improve how to work with others on your multicultural team, or prepare for short-term missions, this kit will give you the resources you need to be better equipped to minister effectively across cultures.
Debrief Guide & PowerPoint Slides: A facilitator guide designed to help administrators walk participants through their personal feedback report. PowerPoint slides are designed to accompany the guide so facilitators can present a debriefing session with a full group.

CQ Pre/Post Assessment (Faith Based): The CQ Assessment measures an individual’s capability for working and relating across cultures. This tool is designed to assess the four factors and 13 sub dimensions of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) as well as individual Cultural Value (CV) orientations and to compare any changes in CQ scores over time. Individuals take the assessment twice and receive two personalized feedback reports which compare pre and post CQ scores and the worldwide norms.
