The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan heads into its third year of working to develop undergraduate students’ CQ. Part of that process includes requiring all incoming students to take the CQ Assessment and help them develop their CQ, specifically through their Identity and Diversity in Organisations (IDO) program requirement. This academic year is significant because, not only did over 600 incoming undergraduates take the assessment, but the very first cohort who took the CQ Assessment as incoming students will take the post assessment as Seniors in the Spring of 2018. Ross is excited to see the results of student scores over the last four years and to use that data to continue finding ways to improve students’ CQ, as well as prepare them for positive impact and success in the global marketplace.
