We’ve been working for the last several years on making the CQ Assessment available in additional languages. It’s a rigorous process, including several rounds of forward and backward translation, and ensuring the results still predict an individual’s intercultural performance. We have recently completed that process for the Japanese and Spanish versions of the assessment, and are continuing to work on other translations.
We’re happy to announce that we’ve also been working on some improvements to our online portal. These updates went live in early February, at which point the Spanish and Japanese CQ Assessments were made available for us as well.
