CQ Certification & New Unconscious Bias Certification Announced for 2017

Nov 7, 2016
  • Events

Organisations, educational institutions, and government agencies are realizing that cultural intelligence is more than just a “nice-to-have” but is often the difference between success and failure. This is true for Google, Coca-Cola, Novartis, NTT, Unilever, Harvard Business School, Stanford, and more.

Our Unconscious Bias Certification equips you to teach the Culture Matters workshop in the classroom and throughout organisations. It also provides you with tools to help others become aware of their biases and how one’s cultural value orientations play a role in interactions with others.

Our CQ Certification programs allow you to add the CQ Assessments, including the CQ Multi-Rater Assessment (360-degree) to your toolkit. And Level 2 CQ Certification equips you to teach the Developing Cultural Intelligence workshop to help individuals and organisations improve intercultural effectiveness.

Dr. Anindita Banerjee (Practice Head at Renaissance Strategic Consultants) says, “Over the years, I have seen a number of intercultural resources that I feel have over complicated the subject and have excessive focus on knowledge. The CQ model is a clearly differentiated offering.”
