In May, Indeed.com delivered an amazing conference, Indeed Interactive, in Austin, Texas where they encouraged conference goers to search for greatness. A major theme of the conference was inclusion and diversity. Kristin Ekkens, our Director of Corporate Partnerships, was part of a panel “Defining and Developing a Diverse & Inclusive Company Culture”. The conversation centered on creating team and organisational cultures that engage and retain top diverse talent. CQ plays a major role!
