Two, U.S.-based K-12 school districts are joining forces to integrate CQ across their school systems. Given the shifting demographics of their students, both recognized the need to go deeper and become more strategic in their diversity and inclusion efforts. As a first step and means to evaluate past diversity efforts, the Cultural Intelligence Center will conduct a comprehensive CQ Audit for each district and assist them in developing a strategic road map for moving forward. In addition, this collaborative and multi-year initiative will include a combined In-House CQ Certification and CQ training for teachers and staff across both districts.
