I am our Lead Consultant, Trainer, and subject matter expert in the corporate sector. With over two decades of leadership and team development experience, I have  an extensive production track record in video games and software development. Extended periods in senior leadership roles while living as an expat in Romania, Sweden, and the UK provided unique cultural insights and experience in enhancing effectiveness as a global leader, facilitator, and coach.
