The year may be coming to an end, but that won’t stop Dallas Independent School District (ISD), one of the largest school districts in the State of Texas, from pushing hard to address racial equity in their district, and they’re using CQ as the solution.
This month our team will be facilitating a comprehensive In-House CQ Certification and Train-the-Trainer Certification with a team of district leaders. This is part one of a comprehensive CQ program that will be rolled out across the district. Although the program involves much more than just training, eventually, all 20,000 + staff and teachers will undergo CQ and CQ Your Bias training.
Spearheading this work is Dr. Shannon Terry, Executive Director of Professional and Digital Learning, who is passionate about and committed to making CQ a part of the district’s DNA so that academic achievement by all 150,000 students is equitable.
