We are ecstatic to continue growing our partnership with Harvard University. This month Dr. Sandra Upton, VP of Educational Initiatives, will be facilitating a comprehensive Cultural Intelligence and Unconscious Bias In-House Certification Program with key staff from several university departments, including the Faculty of Arts and Sciences HR (FAS), the Center for Workplace Development (CWD) and the Division of Continuing Education. This isn’t the first In-House Program at Harvard. Two years ago, we certified over 18 Harvard staff and faculty from a wide range of departments and disciplines in Unconscious Bias (UB).
In addition, several CQ and UB Certified Facilitators leaders on campus have already been facilitating trainings with staff and faculty. This 3-day Comprehensive Program is another significant action step towards Harvard’s demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive and culturally intelligent campus community.
“This is the best skill-based training I’ve ever participated in.”
“We now have the advocacy network necessary for an institutional wide strategy!
This milestone is another significant step towards Harvard’s commitment to creating an inclusive and culturally intelligent campus community.
