We are excited about the opportunity to partner with the School of Health at St. Catherine University!
As the healthcare workforce continues to grow more diverse, schools like St. Catherine University are looking for ways to prepare their students best before they join the field. The university will be rolling out the CQ Pre/Post assessment to students across the School of Health.
In addition, we will facilitate an In-House CQ Certification with faculty. Faculty will go through a 2-day program to learn about why CQ matters and understand how to debrief the results of the assessments and create more culturally intelligent classrooms for their diverse population of students.
