Join us in London in March for two days of immersive and interactive training, leading to our globally recognised CQ Certification.
You will enjoy our unparalleled training programme at the Bedford Hotel, delivered by Lucy Butters. Lucy is our master facilitator in the UK, and a CQ Fellow who has many years of experience in corporate, healthcare (especially NHS) and higher education settings.

CERTIFICATION – Learn to debrief our suite of assessments
Tuesday 25th March: 9:30am – 5:30 pm
Wednesday 26th March: 9:30am – 1:00pm PLUS 2:00 – 4:00pm for optional follow-up (see below)
For the first time, and at no extra charge, there will be an opportunity to take part in guided reflective conversations with your facilitator and fellow participants (depending on attendees) after lunch on 26th, to help you establish potential next steps. This will run 2-4pm and, while optional, is highly recommended.
Refreshments and lunch will be provided each day, plus complimentary drinks reception in the evening of 25th.
The facilitator provided thought leadership on CQ in addition to the course certification content and delivered it in a very approachable way. The course became, in turn, immediately applicable and relevant to my work as a CQ Consultant.
