Cultural Values for Teams is a learning package designed to optimize your team’s ability to understand one another by providing a clearer picture of what makes each team member unique. Each team member is provided a full team profile report in addition to their own personal feedback report.

Additional Administrator Resource Information
Group Report: A report summarizing the aggregate CQ Assessment or Cultural Values Profile results of participants. There is a 10-person minimum to pull the report. The purchase of this package will provide you with access to one group report for your selected program.
Team Profile: The Team Profile provides an overview of your team’s cultural value preferences, as well as maps your team’s preferences across 10 cultural values in one, easy-to-read report. This tool provides your team with an ongoing reference to aid in collaboration and teamwork. (Minimum of 10 participants needed)
Debrief Guide & PowerPoint Slides: A facilitator guide designed to help administrators walk participants through their personal feedback report. PowerPoint slides are designed to accompany the guide so facilitators can present a debriefing session with a full group.
Table Talks Toolkit & Videos: A series of four, 2-minute videos that can be used to effectively stimulate discussion about cultural differences among in-tact teams. The videos come with a facilitator’s guide that leaders can use to facilitate meaningful discussions with teams. The videos can be used multiple times to focus on different aspects of effective intercultural engagement (e.g. to address implicit bias, to promote self-awareness, to improve CQ, etc.).
Cultural Values Reflection Exercise: An exercise designed to help your team discuss similarities and differences in the group thus providing an opportunity to enhance team performance.

Cultural Values Profile: The Cultural Values Profile measures an individual’s personal cultural value orientations. This tool is designed to assess the ten cultural value dimensions. Personalized feedback reports compare personal orientations with cultural cluster norms and include a personalized action plan.

MyCV Online Course: Online course to be used following completion of the Cultural Values Profile (CVP). This course describes and defines culture, ten cultural values, and the ten largest cultural clusters in the world. It helps you interpret your own preferences and the preferences of others.
